Shopify apps that earn their place on the page

We build focused apps for merchants who care what their storefront costs to load. Small, fast, and honest about what they do — installed as theme blocks, with no snippet to paste and nothing left behind when you uninstall.

How we build

Three rules we do not bend

They are why our apps stay small, and why they keep working on a theme you change next year.

Your storefront stays fast

Our storefront code is vanilla JavaScript under 15KB, loaded only when it scrolls into view. It reserves its own space so nothing jumps, and it never calls our servers to draw a page.

Nothing is left in your theme

Everything ships as a theme app extension. We never edit your theme files, never inject a script tag, and uninstalling removes the app from your storefront on its own.

We store as little as we can

No customer names, emails, addresses or phone numbers, in any of our apps. What we do keep is written down in plain language, with a retention period attached.

Our apps

What we make

One app today, built properly, with more to come. Each one gets its own documentation from the day it ships.

Somix Related Products

In review

Show shoppers what to buy next. Related products, cross-sells and buy-together bundles that install as a theme app block — no snippet to paste, and no measurable cost to your page speed.

  • Related products, cross-sells and recently viewed on any page
  • Buy-together bundles with checkboxes, a running total and one-click add
  • Automatic bundle discounts: percent off, amount off or a fixed price

Something you need building?

We pick what to build next from what merchants tell us is missing. If there is a gap in your storefront that no app fills properly, we would like to hear about it.

Documentation

Every app, documented properly

Setup in the order you actually do it, a page for every feature, and a troubleshooting section that names the real causes rather than telling you to clear your cache.

  • Start here

The two switches that have to be on before anything appears, in order.

  • Every setting explained

What each control does, and what it costs you to get it wrong.

  • When it does not work

The seven causes, most likely first, with what to check for each.

  • Plans and limits

What free covers, what Pro adds, and what happens if you downgrade.
